The Saviour Has Come by Bill Thomas

Have you not heard, can you not see,
The promise of God, made flesh for you;
Can this be the Saviour, the Messiah, the Son,
The redemption of man at last has begun;
Eternal salvation for you and for me,
Justice suspended and grace shining through.

Will you believe, can you not know,
The Saviour has come, His promises stand;
Death has been vanquished and mercy has won,
The bright star of David, at last He has come.
Hear angel praises, see mercies flow,
Frailty of flesh secure in God’s hand.

Come and receive, only believe,
The promise of ages, the Christ child has come;
Eternal life is promised to all,
Just heed the summons, respond to the call,
,And all of God’s promises you can receive
The fullness of life in Christ has come .

I enjoyed writing, I hope you enjoyed reading, and may God who is able to make all grace, every favour and earthly blessing come to you in abundance, do far above all you can ask or think, according to the power that works within you. Be blessed.
