The Miracle of the New Creation Life

The miracle of the new birth for every believer is far beyond anything we could imagine or think, not only are we recreated and born again, we also now have a brand-new nature. Our old sinful nature was crucified with Christ and was buried with him, and we were raised into new life in Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. God now relates to us in grace and speaks to our New Man in Christ. We have been given a new spirit and a new heart, and the Holy Spirit has come and taken up residence within us. Within us is the power of God to have our minds and thought patterns transformed and renewed. The faith of Christ is planted within us, and we can now understand and use the word of God in every situation. This means that we now have a new identity in Christ, we have been adopted into the family of God, and we have a new identity as righteous and holy sons of God. The Holy Spirit permanent home inside us, means that we have unrestricted access into the presence of God. As New Creation joint-heirs with Christ, we have the authority of heaven in every prayer, we are empowered for worship, and we are eternally secure as true sons of God. God’s overwhelming, all-encompassing, all-embracing love has been deposited in us and nothing can separate from his love to us. We have his authority, his victory, his faith, his favour, and every blessing of God. We are alive in the family of God, and we are part of the Kingdom of God called to rule and reign with Christ in everything we say and do.

Prophetic Word for 2024

 Prophetic Word for the New Year: In 2024 each of us are being called to awaken to our true nature in Christ. To dive deep inside and find God in the one place we have forgotten to look: in our hearts. Every day we are bombarded by news of violence, corruption war and terrorism. The political, economic and environmental climates are becoming increasingly unstable.  Amidst all the chaos we are being given the opportunity to shine. The opportunity to possess our inheritance and to live from a different perspective.

I believe this year The Holy Spirit will continue to brood over the people of God, encouraging them to reject unbelief and to respond to the voice of the lover. To listen and become aware of all He is doing in your life. He is inviting you into a partnership with him, a deeper union with his direction. He has chosen you, you are his beloved treasure, and he will ignite your heart with passion as you find your delight in him. His work in you will be that you live out your true purpose, you manifest his highest potential and that you live a fully empowered life.

You will be confronted with the seduction of the world and the spiritual obstacles that the enemy has placed in your way, to divert your attention and steal your affection. There will be many of these seductions, each crafted to entice you into a realm where truth is lost and clouded in darkness. But the Holy Spirit is intentional in his encouragement to you. He will guide you and as you listen to him, your perspective will change from fear and turmoil to confidence and peace.  The Holy Spirit is bringing Christ alive in you and you alive in Christ. He is taking the resurrection life of Christ and working it into your heart, your daily life, your experience and your circumstances. You are not alone, you are not isolated, you are united into Christ.

You will also be confronted with an increase in negativity; however, you will have a greater increase in the love and abundance of grace. When you are confronted by anxiety you will find confidence. A confidence that greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. When you are confronted with condemnation you will find freedom. A Freedom rooted in the finished work of Christ, a freedom from captivity, bondage, chains and the performance yoke of the Old Covenant and Law. When you are confronted with disapproval you will find acceptance. An acceptance that you are now an adopted child of God and have been welcomed into God’s family and His Gold ring has been placed on your figure. When you are confronted with irritation you will find delight. A delight that God treasures you and is rejoicing over you with singing.

God is going to increase his revelation and his power in greater deeper way. The enemy wants you to experience barrenness and famine.  But the Holy Spirit is overflowing in fruitfulness and abundance. He is bringing a new understanding and demonstration of the Lord’s favour back to his people. This favour will overflow with love, joy, peace and truth. This favour will bring healing to the nations and to all people. This is a river of healing flowing from the throne of God.

God pursues us with a relentless love and affection. His love is a free expression of his unlimited nature and empowering presence. It is His love that empowers us to manifest our highest potential in Christ. The encouragement is for his church to resonate with the majesty of His beauty and celebrate the joyful existence birthed inside. The invitation of God is to live from the inside to the outside. Christ in you, you in Christ. Connected with the love already inside you. As we connect with this unlimited love a tsunami of love will captivate hearts and set free those imprisoned with fear that screams to them to run and hide. It will be this tsunami of love that will open up hearts even in the midst of hell.

I felt there was an encouragement on God’s people to look beyond what was expected and anticipate that which is available. I felt that for many of us, there is a secret whisper to be a person of grace.  To live with grace, not condemnation or guilt, and to heal the wounds of division. An encouragement to speak humbly and to assume the best. To bring freedom where there is captivity, healing where there is sickness, wholeness where there is division, kindness where there is unfriendliness, generosity where there is meanness, encouragement where there is frustration and patience where there is rage.

 Finally, I believe that we are at a time when the Holy Spirit is brooding over people and Nations. In the summer 2023 I had a picture of” A girl standing on the edge of a great river, as she stood there, she lifted her head and looked to the far bank.” – I felt God say to me, “My people are standing at the water’s edge. They are standing waiting for me. Look the morning tide is flowing to you, to welcome you. What you are waiting for, you already have. It is time to cross the Jordan and possess your inheritance. All I am I have given to you. You are a New Creation in Christ and Christ dwells in You. “

I hope that 2024 will be a greater realisation of the joy given to us and the joy to come. A year of unprecedented vision, which will expand imaginations and sight to explore faith. Vision to step outside boundaries and see the truth of heaven alive in the people of God, alive in the Church and alive in each one of us. A year of vision to see the inheritance we have in Christ empowering lives. To fan the flames of the Holy Spirit and to look beyond the present and into the abundant life we have been given.

A Year of Rivers of Healing

 A Year of Rivers of Healing

Recently I have had impressed on my heart that we are living in a time of Rivers  of Healing and I felt God was saying:-

“Flowing out of my throne flows a river of healing. A river of life bringing healing, peace, mercy and joy. A river crystal clear, of wholeness and restoration. A river of my abundant riches of greater things. My river brings health instead of sickness, abundance instead of famine, fruitfulness instead of barrenness, life instead of death, peace instead of turmoil and joy instead of sorrow.”

“See, it is bursting forth, it is overflowing, it is releasing its flood to the nations. It is bursting forth into all the earth. I have released its flow into a torrent of grace and healing. The power of my healing water will bring everything to life. It will bring my glory into the earth through my body, energized by the Holy Spirit alive in you. The wave of glory and the river of healing in a bursting forth flood of grace. That no one can contain and will captivate the hearts of the people. “

“Come to the river and receive, come to the crystal water and let it flow over you. It is free, it is available, it is flowing with my crystal water and feast upon it. It is flowing and it is healing life to all who believe and receive. Don’t hold back, don’t  settle for less, for I am the water of life.”

PS - Just after I finished writing this word, a lady posted a verse in our church group Watsapp completely independently. I felt it was an amazing confirmation - the scripture was Isaiah 32 : 1-2 which contains “Life will flow from each one, like streams of water in the desert, like the refreshing shade of a massive rock in a weary, thirsty land.”

Isaiah 32 : 1-2 Look - a new era begins! A king will reign with righteousness, and his princes, according to justice! Each will be a hiding place from the stormy wind and a secret shelter from the tempest. Life will flow from each one, like streams of water in the desert, like the refreshing shade of a massive rock in a weary, thirsty land. 

Psalm 46:4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. 

...Revelation 22:1-2 Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb.

...Psalm 36:8 They feast on the abundance of your house, and you give them drink from the river of your delights
