Held and Kept



It is an awesome thing
That God is our shepherd
And we are his sheep
He always speaks
The truth of promise into our hearts
I know His voice
A quiet whisper
A gentle message of love
Then as I dwell, meditate
In his presence, spirit
Depression, trouble,
Stress, status,
Are lost at the cross.
A bruised and broken life
Made new by His Spirit
And where He is
I am safe and warm
Held and kept
By His power
Alive inside
He is always here.

    smiles...havent figured out how to lose stress completely....but the cross does take care of the greater stress, what happens eternally...
